Austin Oyster Company

Austin Oyster is based out of Austin, Texas. What began as an oyster truck popping up around town grew in popularity and they opened their own restaurant in March 2026. They are an “east-coast inspired oyster bar” in the heart of Austin so they wanted to maintain the lived-in and classic identity of New England blended with a playful, Texan spin.
